MEASUREMENT GUIDELINES

How to Measure for your Sleeves

​

All we need is 3 key measurements from your forearm.

​

  • ​Wrist circumference measurement allow approx 25mm from wrist joint to allow for joint movement.

​

  • Top of Forearm circumference measurement allow approx 25mm from inside your elbow to allow for joint movement. 

​​

  • Length between the two previous points measured.

​​

  • Please Note the length is between the two 90 degree bends. if measuring straight you need to take about 25mm of each end to allow for wrist and elbow movement.

And then your good to go!
